Over time, asphalt roads lose some of their unique properties like elasticity, developing cracks (alligator skin) which leads to accelerated deterioration requiring more expensive maintenance investments. Our patented system processes 100% of the asphalt on the street, avenue or highway leaving a like new-roadway in just one pass. Old damaged road transforms into the new road after the equipment passes over it in minutes.

 Hot Asphalt Restoration in situ is done by heating the existing road to 6-8 inches deep using convection heat to mitigate underlying cracks. Then, our exclusive patented system will remove a predetermined depth layer of road (usually two inches) maintaining the asphalt-designed structure. 

This dislodged material is then picked up by the machine and mixed at the right temperatures with a rejuvenating agent. Just a few minutes later, this newly mixed material is laid down on the road as restored asphalt using equipment onboard.
